Solution upgrade made easy
A major North Sea operator had a legacy solution for data capture of operational events and handovers along with some assurance processes for plant overrides. Prodex Connect provided the bridge to work between the supplier and the client during the project execution phase. Using domain knowledge and SME experience of the sector we were able to provide the client with independent testing and assurance of the new solution and support adoption of new modules. Client staff have busy days jobs so taking time out to dive deeply into the data migration and the use case testing is not easily achievable. More traditional business analyst roles didn’t have the knowledge of the solution or the operational context where it was used so relied on the client to provide testing and acceptance of the information.
